    Hi guys!

Some of you may know me from this sites sister site CoinTalk. I am a moderator there and had a stamp question for you guys.

My stamp guy in house has identified this as a type III #21 and I just wanted to check his attribution. I'm a coin guy...but dabble... just ever so slightly in stamps.
    Thanks in advance!

I'm certainly no expert, but the amount of cut-away on the ornaments left and right sure make it look like a Scott 24 to me. The Scott 21 is a rare stamp as you probably know.

Agree, this is a Scott 24.
Look at the top and bottom at cut. BUT mostly the side ornament at clearly a #24 to me! Here's a close up to help/
