I need help Identifying these items. I suspect they are cut squares, maybe some are revenues. Anyone have a Higgins and Gage and can scan the appropriate page? 100_1941.JPG 100_1942.JPG 100_1943.JPG 100_1944.JPG

The Higgins Gage world stationary catalogues are years out of print Jim. The cut squares you are showing indeed match up with cut squares of postal entires described as such on Ebay. I have seen some parts of the catalogue on Ebay being sold as photo copies, but not the volume you are looking for. On other blogs it was suggested to scour auctions that might be selling the catalogues, the last one I noted hammered down at $300. Sorry I couldn't bring you better news Jim.

It might be easier to try to find a Michel Specialized Switzerland catalogue that does include postal stationary to find the year and value of the cut squares.

Beautiful collection Jim... I would suspect some sort of Swiss Official catalogue might be a place to start.

These appear to be structured versus thematic... hence my focus.:peeking::cyclops::borg::bookworm::watching::pics:

Yes, just wanted to see how many 'search related' emoticons I could use...:D

Hello Jim, I found this little piece of information, I did not follow it far, but it may be of use to you.

Originally published by Higgins & Gage Inc., the catalogue has now been acquired by Classic Philatelics of Huntington Beach, Pasadena, California. Classic Philatelics also produce a new issue postal stationery report.

Hello Jim, I've found a little more information, it appears that your particular requirement is located in Vol.16 Sarr to Syria.

It also appears that the "Barnebys" link does not allow you to bid, so I've traced a site that does. see below.
