Bilateral Trade is the transfer of ownership of goods and services from one person or entity to another. The first person posts an item and leaves the offer up to the respondee thus leaving an opening for the greatest number of prospective customers. It is down to the respondee to reply with a suitably attractive counter offer to enable the trade to be succesfully concluded to the satisfaction of both parties.
