    These I rescued from the rubbish bin :eek:
    Free franking for Members of Parliament and of certain State Officials
    "Crown Circle Frees".
    In 1832 a new type was introduced consisting of a two-ring date stamp with date symbols in the centre (these are the types I have)

    Now this one is diffrent it has a maltese cross below the date, I believe it has something to do with the department it was sent from but am not absolutly sure

    Rather nice cover with a 1d (Penny) red attached
    1870 Bawtry with a cachet on the reverse for arrival at Sheffield

    A very nice 1947 Norfolk Islands 1st day of Issue cover with 4 of the diffinative stamps attached, this is a nice piece of my collection as I collect Norfolk Is up to Decimilization will try to get some of the actual stamps shown before to long

    A unusual 1954 Registerd Airmail cover from India to the UK envelope has the embossed stamp of King George VI but stamps of Indipendent India
