Scott # 194 ? Would It Need To Be Removed From Envelope To Confirm?

    You must be very optimistic,if you think the stamp on that letter could possibly be Sc.194 ! A stamp what most likely never ever was used for
    postage.

    image_stack_img-2216.jpg It would be completely centered with grayish paper, Would not have the extra shading in the lower left leaf. Like a dark green line in the bottom, The leaf would be all one shade. If you look on Swedish tiger at all the special printed stamps they all have the grayish paper. None have been used.They were back ups to fill the orders just in case they ran out. Id say it was Scott 184.There is no need to remove it from cover. It has the secret mark in the leaf on the left lower side. Its nice just the way it is.
