Never heard of this place before, but it's pretty interesting. French territory near Canada. From Wikipedia: Saint Pierre and Miquelon, officially the Overseas Collectivity of Saint Pierre and Miquelon, is a self-governing territorial overseas collectivity of France in the northwestern Atlantic Ocean near the Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador.[4][5] It is the only part of New France in North America that remains under French control[4] and has an area of 242 square kilometres (93 sq mi) and a population of 6,008 at the March 2016 census.

Their stamps are well done, but a little pricey.

I have very few stamps from this colony.Earlier sets are hard to find and some are very expensive.

Attractive stamps. We visited these islands on a day-trip in the early 1990s. We were in St, John's, Newfoundland, drove down the Burin peninsula and took a short ferry. Thirty minutes and we were in France! I was not collecting stamps at the time, else would have located the post office, seen what they had in stock.

(At the time the Ottawa government had suspended fishing because the stocks of cod (especially) were dangerously low. Sad to go in to a grocery store in Newfoundland and see cod imported from Iceland...)
