Learned a new trick when I came across this stamp. My first thought was that it was from Korea, possibly from China. I did a Google reverse image search to see what results I would get. While the reverse image search didn't recognize the stamp, it did recognize the building depicted. It is the Juguang Tower in Taiwan. I compared pictures of the Juguang Tower on Google Images with the picture of the building on the stamp and they are definitely the same building. Therefore, I'm assuming that my stamp was issued by Taiwan. Give this a try if you come across a stamp that you can't identify.
