That last one looks to have been made by the American Banknote Company and or Bureau of Engraving and Printing. Am I right?

 

Unfortunately, I was not able to confirm the source of where the stamp was made. However, I believe that the last one was issued by the American Military Government upon the occupation of the Philippines by the United States
