Hi and thank you for reading my thread. I am 54 years old, an archeologist by training and owner of an online stamp and philatelic supply shop. New Orleans Stamp & Philatelic Supply Shop rose out of the flood waters of Hurricane Katrina. As a result of the August 29, 2005 storm, 80 percent of the City of New Orleans flooded and the storm waters took with it the only true stamp and philatelic supply store in the area. The store was run by a wonderful gentleman, who like many others in the city, lost his business to the storm and chose to retire rather than to rebuild. As a lifelong stamp collector, I no longer had access to the stamps and philatelic supplies I wanted/needed. Because my job as an archeologist had me traveling across the country, I was able to purchase the stamps or supplies I sometimes required, but it was on a catch as catch can basis. In 2007, New Orleans Stamp & Philatelic Supply Shop was born, first operating on the web as an ebay store - NOLA Stamp Shop. In April 2010 my web store - was born. The goal of NOLA Stamp Shop is to provide each customer with quality stamps and philatelic supplies, competitive prices and superior service. My store offers both the beginner and experienced collector access to a wide range of philatelic supplies and a variety of stamps are being listed daily. At you will find albums and binders, album supplements, stamp hinges, Scott mounts, mount cutters, dealer dispay cards and storage boxes, stamp lift and watermark fluids, glassine envelopes and interleaves, stamp tongs, stamp catalogs, stock sheets and stock books. Special orders are always welcome! If we don't stock it in my store, I will do my best to get it for you. I offer shipping across the globe and special orders are always welcome.

I have been knowing Bill for a few years now, he is a wonderful person and will go out of his way to help you. Before I bought a Great Britain Album from him recently, I called him and emailed him many times. He probably got tired of all the emails and calls he received from me. lol

Check out his website and if you have any questions dont hesitate to ask. If the item you need is not on the website, he probably can get it for you.

Keep up the GREAT work Bill.

Thanks for the welcome and the past business. While I still sell on eBay, I can offer better prices at because I pay a flat fee to maintain the web store - much less than the 13% end of sale fee and the listing fee that eBay charges. Check out my store the next time you need some supplies.
    Take care,
