    The perforation on the corners look "wonky" (yes, that is a technical term, bte :p ) Is that it?

    The LHS has extra 'teeth" that appear to be missing on the RHS. Looks like the 'teeth' were torn off, or similar.

    Nope, that isn't it. It's a famous error that exists imperforate and in two different perf dimensions. That clue should give it away now.
