    Is the top one a gold replica? I have seen some of those for sale on ebay etc every now and then

    Very nice selections especially of the Great Americans series! That top gold plated stamp was sold by a TV vendor years back called the Postal Commemorative Society and they usually came with the actual stamp and usually on cover and sometimes even on a F.D.C. (I may have an example running around here somewhere) These were market to the Gold Stamp Replica Collectors (if there is such a thing?). I thought them interesting and these came to me in an off lot I purchased some time ago and just couldn't quite bring myself to toss it in the bin...lol

    I'll scan it and post in a bit for ya! Thank you for showing us!

    Hey as a side note- where did you ever find those neat little pages? I sort of like them as I bet they'd be quite handy.

    Its a gold plated according to a friend that gave that to me. I wonder how much is that costs? ;)
