The pest with many modern stamps of Germany is that some of them
are issued with water-activated gum and selve-adhesive:

The postal marking on the mineral upper left looks like a face to me!

LOL! Early Dali or late Picasso. I thought it was a Rorschach test!

As you may know,we (Germans) have a very different attitude
to psychiatry and related treatments than the Americans.
So I knew Rohrschach tests from a joke only.Unfortunately,as it is told
with some northern-german words, making a translation is too difficult. (for me)

This nice stamp is a fruit of my attempt to complete the new issues
    2006-today of Germany.Among others I bought 2 kilogramms of
kilo-ware.This is possibly the most frequent stamp in those kilos.
My best guess is,that several hundreds of them are now mine.
This is (of course) a self-adhesive stamp.
On the same day also a water-activated-gum version of this stamp was
issued.Same design, but of a slightly larger size. This version was not to
be found once in that kiloware !

I still remember the "Kitchen Philately" in Linn´s.
According to their counting I made a very good value of my two
    kilos: cat.value for (both) stamps is € 1.40 each,close to US-$ 1.60.
    So I guess I "made" a cat-value of more than € 500.- from this
stamp alone, not counting the several thousands other stamps in
my purchase of less than € 60.-.Obviously good value for money ! ??
