I have this one, not sure of the number, but someone suggested it was a "color error".
    ???

They said I should have it checked out, but I just put it up.
Anyone else think it might be an error?

Looks the same as my R135 in the above scan (which should read 2c not 5c LOL) just slightly more faded

It's not a color error ratio it's whats called a "changeling". Those light colors from the 19th century, especially the yellows, oranges and some of the many varieties of "violets" and even some browns/buff become destabilized. You can correct/restore the color by a good soak in hydrogen peroxide for a few minutes and then a quick rinse in fresh water to restore it if you wish. It won't hurt it and some grading services even recommend it but ultimately it's your call. You know that it a first issue I think and definitely on silk paper. I love those! Great score man! I need to focus on my revenue collection some more in the near future. -Peace

Contact Revenuecollector or revstampman for definitive conformation / information on these. They are the "Sages" (You know who I mean right?) ~ILS

OK it's not a first issue but a 2Nd or 3Rd but and no error with the exception of the mis-registration of the vignette and a possible double transfer or maybe impression on the LR and also the die looks to have been re-cut.

I just LOVE those Tobacco ones Steve! If you ever wish to sell them please consult with me first. I'll make a very fair offer but I know how addicting the BOB stuff can be so I was just throwing it out there! I hope you aren't upset with me inquiring about it? -Jay
