Series of stamps has been issued in 1956 to mark a wedding of Grace Kelly and prince Rainier. This stamp is the lowest value in the series of five.
On all values portraits were done in black.
There was a movie produced about their marriage. I do not think it does them justice.

Still, attractive stamps. The U.S. Pan-American commemoratives also had coloured frames with black-and-white vignettes.

    issued Oct.25th,1996
Joseph II (1741-90) was the eldest of the 16 children of empress
    Maria Theresia (1717-80).
After the death of his father Franz I in 1765,Joseph was declared co-emperor.
However as Maria Theresia and her son had different political views,- Joseph
was an admirer of Frederic the Great,Maria Theresias nemesis -,Joseph had no real power, till the death of his mother in 1880.
From then on he started reforms in Austria, similar to those Frederic had introduced in Prussia. However in his later years conservatives and reactionaries forced him to take the reforms back step by step.

    Bosnia-Hercegovina,issued June 28th,1917,from a set of 3;
Never ever in historic times a royal duo had a bigger impact onto the world
than Archduke Franz Ferdinand, heir to the throne of Austria, and his wife
    Sophie !
Not by their own doing. But when they were murdered by serb terrorists on
June 28th,1914 in Sarajevo, under assistance of Serbias secret service and
with the knowledge of Serbia´s government,it led to the outbreak of
    World War I,four days later.
History went on: Austria-Hungary,Germany and their allies lost the war.
An unjust peace treaty was imposed by the victors, what paved the way
    to World War II.
