My favourite would be the insects. The color that was used make them seem so real! If those are my stamps I would be pretty reluctant to use any of them for actual posting. They are too pretty for that :p

The royal regiments set is my favourite. Canada actually has some really great stamps as well as really bad ones. Looks like you got lucky (or you know how to pick'em)!

Canada has such pretty land. It really is a beautiful country. I would like to go back someday. I am new at this whole stamp collecting, world stamps, etc., but I would love to start looking into stamps from other countries. I wish that I could travel the world, but something like this might be the closest that I can get.

Take care and thank you for sharing the pictures/stamps.

Agreed they are incredibly beautiful aren't they, it's the kind of thing that makes me want to actually move there.

I would think it would be fairly expensive, depending on age and condition of the stamp would it not.

I paid £10+ shipping for them so about $17 + shipping. Hope that helps

Wow that is fairly expensive, not too bad though I suppose if you have a bit of free cash put aside every now and then.

LOL $2.80 per sheet is cheap my friend, take a walk down to your local post office or have a look on line at the price of sheets :) The cheapest here in the UK at the moment is £3 + a single 1st class stamp weighs in at 60p which is just over $1

Ireland the prices of posting and stamps are raising, its 75 cents the last time I sent something nationally for one stamp and then when I sent a parcel off to my brother in malta I spent in and around 10 euros on stamps just to get it there.

I think you are right about it must be a man thing hehe, my girlfriend thinks the national animal sheetlet is much nicer than the royal regiments sheetlet hehe.
