    Wow, that's really cool. I had no idea they made special stamps just for St Paddy's day. Are they novelty stamps or can you use them for actual postage?

    They are real. A St Patrick's Day stamp has been issued every year for about ten years. Usually its just a single stamp and the price of the stamp is usually for "international" postage.
    The 2015 stamp is at the "international rate".

    Thanks for clarifying that, I had looked at the stamp and without a denomination or the word postage assumed it was a Cinderella.

    Oh the original stamp in the thread is a "cinderella" and also appears to be a "propaganda" stamp. A great one to have.
