How can you tell the difference between a flat and rotary press? With rotary press the design is stretched? Also, when I'm measuring do I measure from the edge of design? Thanks
Yes, the rotatary press is wider in one direction. Using a good millimeter scale measure the print from outside of the frame to the outside of the frame. A rotatary press will measure .5 millimeter wider, enough to be obvious.
