Help with a stamp ID

    I did look under Portugal before posting, but couldnt find it.
    Now I realise it was there, also no.14 as michel.

    I was out digging bottles one day and dig these stamps stuck to a can. How old are they? Thanks for any help.

    It is a 1938 Presidential issue, Scott 822.

    To add to pdotk's answer they are precanceled stamps. It looks like a local precancel, minimal value in prestine condition, which these examples are not.
