What is interesting abuut it Steve is that the puch holes have not all come out at the top. So this is another error. Do you think it adds, or detracts from the value/charm?

Thanks Windy and I have not treated that photo in any way, it looks that fresh. At the top the punch holes are not out but still in the paper and I wondered if this made the stamp more, or less, valuble. What do you think?

it bi8s a nice stamp West, but i personally would look at the perf as damaged rather than an error, but that is just my opinion

The extra little pieces are still there Steve, difficult to tell from my photo, but if you look at the right side about one third down you will see what I mean, it is just extra paper and could be removed. If I did that though, would it actually devalue the stamp?

leave it well alone West. It is imperative to keep it in as original condition as possible.

    I second that Jay.

This was my feeling too as the mistake results in 'additional' paper rather than anything being missing. Some collectors would actually pay more I sispect, do you agree with this?

100 % in favour of leaving it then, thanks boys.
