I bought this cover because I found it interesting. It obviously hasnt really travelled. Nothing on this cover seems to be genuine, apart from "durch gilboten" stickers and address. I would appreciate your comments on this. Thanks!
Looks like a private commercial advertising item. The red labels read: Durch Eilboten Durch Eilboten = by express messenger = per Express = by special delivery
Hi Group, Hmmmmm! Indeed, Don. The long German Screed above translates into an advertisement for the 'Alphabounce' running shoe/ trainers/etc. Absolutely no mention of Philatelic subject matter. Perhaps our Moderator could look into this matter. Regards, Harry
