A handy resource for sure. Of course, there are other cert options - PF, APS, Weiss. Ceteris paribus I'd favour a Weiss cert over all others. Sadly, Mr. Weiss passed away a couple of years ago. But of course, PSE is probably the gold standard with most collectors.
