   On this "Mayflower" issue (#548 Scott's A151) shows many extra dashes of green stretching across PILGRIM TERCENTENARY and below into the years 1620 - 1920. Does this constitute a double transfer? My 2006 Scott's has a column for this but no price dictated. Also, is 'double transfer' the same as 're-entry'??
