Double impression or strange mirror image?

    gbd.jpg Im not to familiar with Great Britain stamps. Would this be a double impression or something else.

    I think it is a Schmitz-Print.
    But my knowledge of printing is so limited,that I never really
    understood the difference between a double-print and a
    schmitz-print,even when reading about it again and again.
