Gunny, I don't collect Chile, but I do have a couple of U.S. consular stamps that fall under the revenue category. I have several of the $2.50 blue and one other that I can't recall at the moment. I'm not sure how widespread they are since revenue stamps don't usually get cited in catalogs outside of specialized revenue catalogs.
