Today I want to start a new thread, away from the "crowded" forums, like Stamp Chat, etc. For my part I will show letters I received or have sent mostly in the late seventies and eighties, when I was an active buyer. Most of them were sent by or to stamp-dealers,collectors,postal agencies and the like. I hope other members will participate and show their letters. If you like, what you see, press the "like button" please,or give any other kind of feedback. sent Nov.19th,1970 As you can see, just ordinary stamps.Nothing valuable. But to nice to be destroyed.
Hallo Don, did you produce the album page yoruself ? Or did you buy page and letter "ready made" ? Regards,Werner
Werner: I made it with a page-maker software specifically for stamp collectors called Album Pro. It is an old program, no longer supported. I don't know how much longer I can keep using it as Windows XP is the last Microsoft program on which it will run. I don't think it is compatible with with other operating systems. It has some limitations, but I have found it very useful for my needs. Don
Werner: Buffalo, Texas, is a very small town (less than 2,000 people) in central Texas. Did Be-Line sell philatelic supplies? Don
Don, I think Be-Line supplied me with Thailand stamps. However thirty years are a long time,so I am not really sure. Regards Werner
