I got these albums really cheap. There are over 6000 stamps, not very well organized, I skimmed through seems like there could be valuable stamps in there. Anyway I found over 200 beautiful stamps that I'm keeping for my collection whatever the value is. Maybe your sharp eye can find something worth millions https://photos.app.goo.gl/1NUvE83pwe1ujjjE7 Let me know what you think... Cheers!
For shear volume and variety you probably did not go wrong with the purchase, GermanStamps2019. I do not collect the variety Werner does so I couldn't really pick out any scarce stamps, but I did go and check on the stamp Werner mentioned. From the link it looks to me like a forgery, but even so I would think it still has some value. http://stampforgeries.com/forged-stamps-of-sicily/
Saw that one too, from what I could find online they go from $80 - $400 so I'm keeping it. Unless selling it will make me rich I'm keeping it in my collection that's my policy. Since I know where this collection came from there is 90% chance that it's not a forgery, but who knows I will have to ask for expert advice to make sure. Also I found these on page 1, based on this website they are very scarce and worth few k !?? Cheers!
No doubt: you are an optimist ! If the Masaryk stamp is the small size one, your chance that you have the rare upright watermark-variety will be about 1 : 100.000 or so. The scenic 2 Koruny is even rarer. You won´t find a sound genuine used Sicily 50 Grana for $80 - $400.-. With $4000.- you might have a better chance. However,I bet,Hochstrasse is correct: yours is a pretty crude forgery. This type of collection,or better accumulation, could be a dream for a not so experienced collector.Put all the stamps in a chronological order, country by country and then looking for varieties and so on.Could give an excellent past time for quite some time. But without real useful catalogues (and not such silly sides like: "The most expensive stamps of...") one cannot succeed. But this parts the collectors from accumulators.
