I found this in a mixed bag I bought. I made some ID of it and I would like to know if it has any value in such a bad state.
    Thanks

A stamp, unless rare, that has such large pieces missing is at best a space-filler.

The stamp is from the 1912 definitves, valued
at minimum value. In this condition good for the
    paper basket only.

Unless you get it on cover and can prove it had some use during the war... I read a couple of articles on various 'less than perfect' stamps and, depending on the proximity to the hostile action, the postal covers are valuable IN ANY condition.

But it has to be pretty much proven, as in pulling it out of wreckage of a building for example.

The prove for a use during the war is quite easy:
just check the postmark. The stamp was valid till
the end of 1917.But as a new defintive series was
issued in October 1916,it hardly ever would have
    been used after October.
However even on cover the stamp is of small value:
    about € 1.-.
By the way:there was very little action in Bosnia and
Hercegovina throughout the war.So covers with
war-damage will hardly exist at all.

an interesting stamp and it is a pity that so many of them are worthless when it comes to trying to sell them. I have stamps that date back to pre war times and they are worth nothing, in fact most of the stamps I own have a value of maybe 20c but it is nice to collect and somewhere along the line you will find someone that needs a stamp that is worth more to them then it is to you.
