Blued paper

    Did they ever do Blued paper on scott 300 stamps? 300b.jpg

    Hi Richard,
    No, the experimentation with bluish paper began in 1909. One typically thinks of the Scott 357 - 366 Washington/Franklins or the Lincoln bluish paper Scott 369 when thinking about that paper variety.

    The reason i said maybe blued paper is because one expert said they put alot of filers in the papers at that time, wood rags and so on, all though i have read that it did not start until the Washington.
