I just started going through some stamps that I received. After looking at a bunch of stuff I know nothing about I figured I would ask here...Any help would be great. I have a bunch of really cool looking stamps and don't even know where to start.
Per Durland's Standard Plate Number Catalog (2008 edition), plate 21379 was one of the 133 plates used to print the rotary press, perf. 11 x 10.5 green 1 cent Franklin from the 1926-29 regular issue. The Scott number of the stamps shown is 632.
Just to add . A 596 is much darker green and a few millimeters wider measure from frame line to frame line should be 22.5 wide. Go to Siegal stamp search to compare,www. theswedishtiger.com .stamp site as well will help.
