There is software to do it.
The specifics would have to be filled in by someone who is familiar with the programs.
I just know they exist, no more.

There are sellers on eBay that sell heavy paper with fancy borders preprinted.
Or you can start totally from scratch.

There are printable albums online, but I don't know if they are customizable at all. ???

Sorry I wasn't really of any help!
I have been meaning to look into these things myself.

I did dabble myself at making my own, as i felt i wanted specific album pages, in colour and with british stamps, showing the different watermarks, sideways and inverted, which add a lot of value to the GB machins and wildings.

but after a few unhappy tries i went for the albums i now use, they are all taken from the simplified versiuons of the SG catalogues i believe, but with the sheets they are all editable, so i just make then extra album pages with any details i need, and use the original scans from the microsoft word sheets.

so all you need for these are a printer and a PC, you do not even need MS word on your PC as there is Word Viewing software on the discs when you recieve them.

i now have Russian, Nederlands, Tiawan, GB, Channel Islands, USA and Canada albums, and they are starting to look great, just need to find a cheap resource now for the 4 ring binders and i will be happy

you can see the album pages in my USA collection under USA stamps

    hope this helps
