Would this be a line single on cover of Scott 301. It has a few small perf remnants .left side first cancel line from center A partial perf.

here is a new pi look closely just under cancel left side and bottom left you can see a partial perf on the edge, There are a few more on the same side , an expert once told me if you see a partial then it was . I change it from booklet pane to a plain line single.
