Condition is everything when value is considered. The stamp appears to be missing the bottom so at best it would be considered a "spacefiller". Depending on the rarity factor it is only worth a fraction of it's catalogue value.

Assuming that it is a D grille I would venture a guess of $20 to $30.

I am not sure what the value would be by looking at it through the computer screen. I think you should take it to someone in your local area to give you and estimate. Of course beware. There are some who will try to rip you off. You might want to approach the subject as if you were getting a repair done on your home. I would get more than one estimate.

The stamp is too far to see it clearly.

Honestly it's not anything. It is considered extremely damaged. I'm sorry but those are the facts. That being said though if someone needed a nice looking space filler they might give you something for it?

Yes, Jay might be right since it is a damaged stamp. Still the rarity could define/affect its value despite condition.
