    I am a retired Control Systems Engineer from the UK now living in Hua Hin, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Thailand. I am married to a Thai lady and have children and grandchildren. I started collecting stamps(and coins) aged 7 to 15 years, my father was in the merchant navy, he fuelled my interest in foreign matters. Later I began to collect mint and used stamps from countries that I visited (47 so far) I have now started collecting seriously again since I retired, Now specialising in Thai stamps only (my current country of residence).
