No problem. This happened to me just recently as well. I changed the password to my email account, now several times since it happened. The emails stopped being sent out after I changed it the first time. My ISP also has an option available to reset your email account if it is hijacked like this. Have you tried to change your password? It is possible your computer is infected with a key logging virus that is recording your keystrokes.

yes changed the password and it did not seem to help. but my son has been remotely working on the laptop updating virus software and scanners, a liyttle slow as i am only on 3G with my mobile here, but he should have it all working soon
    thanks

Yea, spammers have really killed email for the honest folks. Every single day I get people contacting me saying they can't register on this forum or one of the other forums I manage, because the confirmation email didn't get through. It's so frustrating that the spammers can get their virus-laden crap into your inbox, but confirmation emails from a forum that people really want to join get caught in spam filters. I really encourage everyone to take advantage of messaging systems like the one we have in this forum, or Facebook messages, or whatever other system you might find useful which will lessen your dependency on emails.
